Do you change any medical copy, claims, or safety text?
Never. OrkSync is a technical production studio. Your copy, claims, references, and safety information are delivered to us exactly as approved and are returned exactly as provided — made interactive. Any content changes must go through your own medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) process before briefing us.
Typically: your approved PDF or PowerPoint presentation, brand guidelines (fonts, colours, logo files), any animation references or visual direction, and a content structure or slide map if available. We send a short briefing checklist at project kickoff — it takes about 20 minutes to complete and covers everything we need.
A standard 10–14 slide iDetail is delivered within 48 hours of receiving complete materials. Larger builds — 20+ slides, multiple languages, complex branching interactions — are scoped individually, typically 5–7 business days. Rush delivery is available for product launch windows.
Yes. We structure the package for Veeva CLM distribution — for delivery to rep iPads through the CRM — and for upload into Vault PromoMats for the content approval and distribution workflow. We follow Veeva’s published technical specifications for both environments and test before every delivery.
